Charity Night at East Stanley WMC on 2 October 2010...
...plus music from The Trojan Eaters.

We've had this gig in our diary for a while. I was going to give more details about it a bit nearer the time but the organisers have just contacted us because apparently tickets are already selling pretty quick. They're a bit worried about having to send people away if they turn up on the night and there's no tickets left!
The night is in aid of the Dunelm Phab Club which encourages people with and without physical disabilities to come together on equal terms, to achieve complete integration within the wider community.
So, to avoid disappointment and to help us support this great cause then make sure you contact one of the following to get hold your tickets...
01207 232502 - East Stanley Club
07812 186639 - Jeff Armstrong
Thanks everyone and hope to see you there!

Half a century...
(...and not out, of course!)
Well, if I've added it up properly then I reckon we played our 50th gig last night.
We were at the Ox Inn in Stanley and we had an amazing night. That's the first time we've had people climbing up on each others shoulders during the set - it was like our own little Glastonbury! We'll have to make sure we book into places with high ceilings if that is going to continue!?
Huge thanks to everyone who came out last night and made it such a great night...it was a great turn out - (and the same goes, of course, to anyone who's been out to support us in any of our previous 49 gigs!)
And finally, a massive thank you to Julie for coming along again and singing a couple of numbers with us - totally unrehearsed. She was absolutely amazing, of course...just those 4 blokes behind her were a bit ropey!
